Ozzaro Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every pair from Ozzaro. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns, store credit, or exchanges
Refunds

Orders (apart from those purchased on sale or promotion) are eligible for a refund of the original product price, minus shipping charges and a flat return fee of ₹250.

Refund-eligible packages must be postmarked and shipped back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
-
Ozzaro offers a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are valid only for unused, unworn, and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging with tags attached.

All exchanges are Final Sale and cannot be returned again.
Store Credit
-
Eligible item(s) for Store Credit must be postmarked and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Store Credit will be issued for the original product price, minus shipping charges and the ₹250 return fee.
Store Credit Terms

Store Credits will not be fulfilled until your return order has been received and processed by our Returns Department.

Once processed, Ozzaro will send an email with your Store Credit details to the email address linked to your order.

If you cannot locate the update in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If still not found, kindly contact our Customer Service Team.

Store Credits are valid for 1 month from the date of issue, for single-use only, and may be redeemed across the Ozzaro website.

Store Credits cannot be combined with other sale discounts or promotional codes.

If the returned product is received in a damaged, worn, or used condition, store credit will not be provided.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, item(s) must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Returned in their original packaging with tags attached

Free from stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or any visible damage
Item(s) not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 2–3 days of delivery.

You may request a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.

Beyond this timeframe, only Store Credit will be issued.
Pick-Up Failure
Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the item three times. If all attempts fail, the exchange request will be marked as failed.
To avoid delays, please ensure availability during the scheduled pick-up time.
Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return/Exchange)
The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Any item(s) marked “FINAL SALE” on the product page

Earrings, bralettes, and face masks (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or markdown promotions

Orders returned beyond the eligible timeframe

All exchanges are Final Sale — no exceptions
