Ozzaro Return & Exchange Policy

At Ozzaro, every pair is crafted with care — and we want you to absolutely love what you receive.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make the process simple, fair, and hassle-free.


🔄 Returns & Refunds (7 Days)

  • Orders (excluding Sale or Promotional items) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued for the original product price, after deducting:

    • Shipping charges (if applicable)

    • A flat ₹250 return handling fee

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and quality-checked.


🔁 Exchanges (7 Days)

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • All exchanges are Final Sale and cannot be returned again.


💳 Store Credit Option (Up to 30 Days)

  • Prefer flexibility? Opt for Store Credit instead.

  • Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Store Credit value:

    • Original product price

    • Minus shipping charges and ₹250 return fee

  • Store Credit details will be emailed once your return is received and approved.

Store Credit Terms

  • Valid for 1 month from the date of issue

  • Single-use only

  • Can be redeemed across the Ozzaro website

  • Cannot be combined with sale discounts or promo codes

  • No credit will be issued for damaged, worn, or used products


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, item(s) must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from stains (makeup, deodorant, dust, etc.) or visible damage

Items failing quality checks will not be accepted and may be shipped back with a re-shipping fee.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • You may choose:

    • Full refund to original payment method, or

    • Replacement item (subject to availability)

  • Requests beyond this period will be eligible for Store Credit only.


🚚 Pick-Up Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt pick-up up to 3 times.

  • If all attempts fail, the return/exchange request will be marked as failed.

  • Please ensure availability during the scheduled pick-up window to avoid delays.


🚫 Final Sale Items (Not Eligible)

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items marked “FINAL SALE”

  • Earrings, bralettes, and face masks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during sales, clearance, or markdown events

  • Returns initiated beyond the allowed timeframe
