Ozzaro 2 -Day Exchange Policy

At Ozzaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines to understand how our exchange process works:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We only offer size exchanges; exchanges for different products are not permitted.
  3. Please ensure that the item is in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our criteria.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer care section 
  2. Let them know about the exchange 
  3. Define the reason of exchange and the desired size required
  4. Pay the nominal exchange fee of Rs. 99, which covers processing and handling costs. This fee will be included in the replacement order invoice.
  5. Our team will review your exchange request and notify you of the approval status.
  6. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and await pickup by our courier partner. Please note that exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Additional Information:

  1. Exchanges are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  2. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card for the amount paid for the original item (excluding shipping charges and taxes).
  3. Ozzaros does not offer refunds. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

Exceptions:

  1. Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy: Ozzaro does not have a refund policy. We accept returns strictly for size exchanges only. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher equivalent to the product price (excluding shipping charges). For faulty items, we will replace them with the correct product.

Store Credit Application: Upon receiving your returned product, we will credit the value of your order (minus shipping and/or COD charges) to your Ozzaro account as store credit. You can use this credit voucher for future purchases on our website. During checkout, sign in with your registered email ID and apply the credit voucher in the designated section. Note that credit vouchers cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.

Second Exchange Policy: Please note that Ozzaro does not offer a second exchange for the same order. However, if you still wish to proceed with a second exchange, a fee of 250 INR will apply. Additionally, please be aware that an exchange request can be raised only once for a single order.

Pick-Up Failure: Our courier partners make three attempts to pick up the item for exchange. If the pick-up fails after the third attempt, the request will be marked as failed. Please ensure availability and cooperation during the pick-up process to avoid any delays.

Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Order: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, incomplete, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
