can I return or exchange high heels if they don't fit?

Ozzaro 2-Day Exchange Policy
At Ozzaro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth exchange process:
Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Size exchanges only are permitted. Exchanges for different products are not allowed.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- The item must be in a resalable condition. Ozzaro reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product does not meet the stated criteria.
Exchange Process

Contact Us
- Reach out to our customer care team at ozzaro.official@gmail.com to initiate the exchange.
- Provide details of the exchange request, including the reason and desired size.

Exchange Fee
- A nominal fee of ₹125 will apply to cover processing and handling costs. This fee will be included in the replacement order invoice.

Approval & Return
- Once your exchange request is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will pick up the item. Exchanges are processed only after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned product.
Important Information
- Exchanges are typically processed within 2–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
- If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued for the amount paid for the original product (excluding shipping charges and taxes).
- Ozzaro does not offer refunds. Store credits can only be used for future purchases on our website.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
Exceptions
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are not eligible for exchange, except for defective or damaged products.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Policy
Ozzaro does not have a refund policy. Returns are accepted strictly for size exchanges only.
- If the desired size is unavailable, a credit voucher equivalent to the product price (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
- Defective items will be replaced with the correct product.
Store Credit Application
- Once your returned product is received and approved, the value of your order (minus shipping or COD charges) will be credited to your Ozzaro account as store credit.
- This credit can be applied to future purchases during checkout. Simply sign in with your registered email ID and apply the voucher in the designated section.
- Store credits cannot be used to cover shipping or COD charges.
Second Exchange Policy
- Second exchanges for the same order are not permitted. However, if you choose to proceed, a ₹250 fee will apply.
- An exchange request can be raised only once per order.
Pick-Up Failure
- Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the item three times. If all attempts fail, the exchange request will be marked as failed.
- To avoid delays, ensure availability during the scheduled pick-up time.
Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Orders
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at ozzaro.official@gmail.com.
- We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
