B. How long does the press on nails last ?

If you are good to them, they can last up to 2 weeks using our Ozzaro SuperStrong Nail Glue.

If you want to wear the Ozzaro press-on nails for only a day, use the great adhesive tabs in both the Ozzaro Application Kit &

Relax, it is Ozzaro to wear our nails for 1 day OR 10 days! We got you!

C.How long will it take to deliver ?

Dispatched within 2 days upon receiving your order

D. Can nails be returned?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we can’t.
But if for some reason you received the wrong nails, hit us up on email ( ozzarob.official@gmail.com) OR

E. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

All you have to do is drop us an email at ozzaro.official@gmail.com with images and an unpacking video. We will check the credibility of the complaint and initiate the refund process right away.

F. When will I receive my tracking details?

Since our products are being shipped from an internationalΒ location, once it reaches our national warehouse in Gurugram and quality check is done, we will be sharing the tracking ID on your email.

G. What are the delivery charges?Β 

Orders below Rs.5000/- will be charged a nominal fee of Rs.125/- for the delivery.
