How It Works

  1. Add your favorite Ozzaro styles to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Select the SAME-DAY DELIVERY option (available only for eligible cities/zip codes).

  3. Complete your prepaid payment and relax — we’ll take care of the rest!

⚠️ SAME-DAY DELIVERY is available on prepaid orders only.

All SAME-DAY DELIVERY orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive SMS/email updates with tracking details while your package is on the way.

👉 Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

⏰ Order Timing

  • Place your order before 12 PM IST to receive it by 10 PM IST the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be delivered on the next business day.

  • Service available Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries at the moment).

  • Gurgaon

For the best experience, we recommend shipping to a home address to avoid missed deliveries.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Same-Day Delivery Orders)

  • For size exchanges, Ozzaro will bear one-side delivery cost only.

  • In case of returns or exchanges for SAME-DAY DELIVERY orders, the actual courier cost for return pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

  • Same-day delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
